1. Overview
Stellara Lens sells licences to use digital photographs and video footage. A purchase does not transfer copyright unless explicitly stated in writing.
2. Delivery
Delivery is manual. After payment, the high-resolution file or an agreed delivery link is sent by email. Ensure your email address is correct.
3. Licence scope
Your permitted use depends on the licence type. Refer to the licensing page for details, or contact me for a commercial quote.
4. Refunds and issues
If the wrong file is delivered, a file is corrupted, or a duplicate purchase occurs, contact me and I will fix it. Change-of-mind refunds are not guaranteed for digital products once delivery has occurred.
5. Prohibited actions
- Removing watermarks from previews and redistributing them
- Reselling or redistributing files as stock or templates
- Using the work in a way that violates law, privacy, or third-party rights
